**This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Associate Director, Clinical RPh based in United States.**

This is a senior pharmacy leadership role focused on improving medication use, member health outcomes, and the overall value of pharmacy programs. You will lead a team of approximately six associates while shaping clinical program strategies and initiatives. The role combines deep clinical expertise with business and managed-care acumen to address pharmacy cost trends. You will help develop, implement, and optimize programs that improve outcomes while enhancing the member experience. Success requires strong decision-making, resource management, and the ability to build a culture of accountability and collaboration.
