This role is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys mentoring clinicians, supporting high-quality ABA services, and helping build a collaborative, ethical, and family-centered clinical program. What You’ll Do * Provide clinical oversight and support to BCBAs, BCaBAs, RBTs, and BTs. * Supervise, mentor, and provide performance feedback to clinical staff. * Conduct and/or review assessments, treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, and reassessments. * Maintain a manageable clinical caseload based on supervisory and organizational needs. * Monitor client progress, treatment integrity, and clinical outcomes. * Provide guidance and consultation on cases. * Review clinical documentation for quality, accuracy, and medical necessity. * Support staff onboarding, training, competency development, and ongoing professional growth. * Promote compliance with BACB ethical standards, HIPAA, payer requirements, and organizational policies. * Collaborate with families, clinicians, schools, and other providers as appropriate. * Partner with leadership on clinical quality improvement and program development.
