**Cell Development Process Engineer**

**Responsibilities**

* Lead the optimization and development of cell process
* Write DFMEA and PFMEA for new products
* Experience in improvement projects
* Make SPC and CPK analysis
* Familiar with and have the ability of preparing PFMEA, CP, WI and SOP

**Qualifications**

* Bachelor’s degree or above, major in electrochemistry or related battery
* 5 years of experience in cell research and development process
* Good at DOE design
* Familiar with PFMEA&DFMEA
* Familiar with battery performance testing and verification
* 6 Sigma Green belt or above is preferred
