Our ventures have raised more than $1.5B in funding, generated more than $3B in shareholder value, and currently employ more than 3,000 people. ## The opportunity We're building our next B2B SaaS venture in the insurance space in Mexico — a vast, offline industry that's wide open for an AI-native software layer. It's a category-defining opportunity in one of the country's largest and least-digitalised markets, and we're looking for an exceptional founder to build it from the ground up. As a founder, you'll be in the driving seat — launching and leading your own company. We invest in you and act as your co-founding partners, equipping you with strategic, financial and operational support across every key area (Product, Tech, Growth, Data, Legal, Finance, Business Development, Fundraising and Talent) so you can go from 0 to 1 faster and with less risk. ## As a CEO & Co-Founder, you will be responsible for * Defining and driving the company's vision, strategy and business plan, in alignment with the Board. * Building a repeatable, scalable go-to-market and sales motion, landing lighthouse customers and owning ARR growth. * Building, leading and motivating a strong founding team, and setting the culture from day one. * Leading fundraising end-to-end: telling the story, running the process and closing investors. * Owning the P&L and capital strategy — financial structure, runway and strategic priorities. * Leading the digitalisation of a large, underserved corner of the insurance industry — the core of the product. * Building trust with key customers and stakeholders, and acting as the company's primary face. * Maintaining deep, first-hand knowledge of the market, customers and competition. ## What we're looking for **Must-haves** * A track record of taking things from 0 to 1 and getting your hands dirty — you've built or scaled something, not just managed it. * 5+ years in fast-growing companies, top-tier consulting or a relevant software/SaaS operating role, having held a leadership position. * Proven ability to attract and lead exceptional talent. * Commercial and strategic judgment: you can set direction and also sell, hire and execute. * Outstanding communication — you can move a board, an investor and a customer. * Fluency in Spanish and English. **Nice-to-haves (bonus)** * Experience selling or building software for businesses (enterprise or SMB). * Experience in insurance or insurtech is a strong plus. * Prior founder or early-employee experience at a venture-backed startup. ## What we offer * The opportunity to own a real part of what you build with a meaningful equity stake (investment is required). * Competitive compensation as the company gets funded. * Membership in Antai's ecosystem of serial entrepreneurs who have founded and scaled $1B+ companies. * Access to support from Antai's operators' team. * The chance to build your next company in a de-risked, fast-tracked way. ## Interested?
