Technical tasks include but are not limited to conceptual site layout, utility design; roadway design; site grading design; storm drain design; storm water management design; water and sanitary sewer main design; soil erosion and sedimentation control design; floodplain studies; permitting and entitlement support; and construction support. **Accountability and Duties** * Designs site plans utilizing AutoCAD Civil 3D. * Prepares conceptual grading analyses and site layout. * Prepares and computes, but not limited to due diligence/site analysis reports, engineer opinion of probable costs, utility computations, detention/retention computations, storm water reports, earthwork analysis. * Assists in production of final construction drawings. * Prepares permit applications for applicable municipal agencies. * Assists project managers as requested. * Assists with client contact and communication pertaining to specific projects. * Works closely with other disciplines on multi-discipline projects. * Attends client and public meetings- days or evenings. * Participates in business development efforts as requested. **Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** * Outstanding Interpersonal skills, ability to interact with a variety of people. * Adaptable and able to respond quickly and accurately under pressure. * Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. * Must be fluent in the English language. * Available to work nights and weekends to complete projects as necessary. * Proficient in MS office. AutoCAD Civil 3D experience is a plus. * Must have a valid drivers license. **Minimum Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited four-year college or university. 0-2 years related experience.
