With this growth, we’re looking for a Compliance Operations Specialist to help new healthcare groups get setup compliantly and scale with our product and operations. Some of these responsibilities would include: **What You’ll Own** * Leading cross-functional projects that are the company’s top priority. You’ll be working closely with leadership. * Driving complex operations projects, including helping new healthcare groups get properly organized in all 50 states. * Managing the filing of critical documents to support the expansion of client operations in the US. * Serving as the primary point of contact for correspondence with US government agencies. * Conducting independent research and problem-solving to navigate complex government processes effectively. * Systemizing workflows by documenting processes and ensuring they are clear and repeatable. * Upholding high-quality standards by maintaining a meticulous and detail-oriented approach to all tasks. # **About You** **Core Experience** * Experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, operations, project management, or similar roles is a plus. * Excellent spoken and written communication skills. * Operationally excellent, with a high daily output and precision in execution. * Strong attention to detail and track record for getting the details right. **What You Bring** * Energy and drive; you have a hunger for self-improvement and want to be around the most talented teammates who push you to do so.
