You'll define and execute the brand voice across the entire customer journey — from paid ads and landing pages to organic social and influencer partnerships — playing a central part in how the product is discovered, understood, and trusted. ### What You'll Do * Own the end-to-end content marketing strategy for the German-speaking market. * Manage and write website and landing page copy tailored to German-speaking audiences. * Write conversion-focused copy for paid marketing channels. * Script ad creatives for YouTube and Paid Social platforms. * Develop and execute organic content strategies across social platforms. * Collaborate with creators, customers, and influencers to produce authentic content. * Run A/B tests and leverage performance insights to continuously improve messaging. * Contribute to product positioning and go-to-market messaging. ### What We're Looking For * 4+ years of experience in Content Marketing, Copywriting, or Growth Marketing. * Native German speaker with outstanding written marketing skills; fluent English for cross-functional collaboration. * Solid background in B2B SaaS or a fast-growing software environment. * Strong grasp of performance marketing and conversion-focused copywriting. * Hands-on experience with A/B testing and data-driven messaging optimisation. * Experience scripting ad creatives for YouTube and Paid Social. * Proven ability to build and execute organic social content strategies. * Experience collaborating with creators and influencers to generate authentic content. * Analytical mindset with a genuine enthusiasm for experimentation. * Bonus: experience marketing AI products, voice technology, or conducting user research for marketing insights. ### Compensation & Benefits Salary range: **€65,000 – €85,000** annually.
