This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role with no direct reports currently, but with real ownership from day one and real room to grow. You'll be the finance engine of the business: closing the books, owning payroll start to finish within Ceridian Dayforce, keeping cash flowing, and building out the financial model alongside our advisors.
