As a full-stack insurance company, At-Bay offers multiple lines of specialty insurance, including Cyber, Tech E&O, and Miscellaneous Professional Liability (MPL) policies. * Support and grow At-Bay’s core wholesale broker relationships while delivering a high level of service and responsiveness. * Underwrite and grow a book of business, helping to achieve profitability and risk goals. * Evaluate, price, and negotiate coverage terms and conditions for new and renewal business in alignment with underwriting guidelines and risk appetite. * Review and analyze risks within At-Bay’s underwriting guidelines and maintain accurate underwriting documentation. * Partner with senior underwriters, cyber analytics, product, marketing, and other internal teams to deliver strong broker and client outcomes. * Contribute to underwriting process improvements by working with technology and data teams on tools and workflow enhancements. ## **Attributes and Qualifications** * Approximately 1–3 years of underwriting experience in cyber liability and Tech E&O or specialty commercial insurance. * Solid understanding of specialty commercial underwriting principles and insurance industry practices. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate complex risks. * Comfortable working with technology and data-driven underwriting tools. * Technical aptitude; familiarity with concepts such as DNS, IP addresses, ports, databases, and networking is a strong plus. * Strong communication and relationship management skills with brokers and internal stakeholders. * Collaborative team player who is eager to learn, contribute, and support the broader team. ## Apply [Apply on Atbayjobs]() Canonical job page:
