We're hitting problems most startups never encounter: real-time voice AI at scale, legacy banking infrastructure, enterprise telephony, and building regulatory frameworks in the US. ## **The Role** As the **Engineering Manager**, you'll: * Set KPIs, 1-1s, performance reviews, and clear metrics for the entire engineering team. Run the team day to day with the CTO. 1:1s, growth, performance, and the weekly cadence. * Partner on technical direction. Lead the calls in your scope. Push back on the ones that aren't. * Drive our compliance programs forward. SOC 2 Type 2, PCI DSS, and enterprise security questionnaires. * Co-own incident response and on-call.
