This role ensures that the building, grounds, and all facility systems operate safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. The Facilities Manager serves as the primary point of contact for all facilities-related matters, supervises maintenance activities (both in-house and contracted), manages site maintenance vendor relationships, and provides proactive planning to support current operations and future facility expansion.
