The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. **Responsibilities** * Support the Head of Finance in managing the company's day-to-day finance operations and ensuring financial processes run smoothly. * Lead the month-end closing process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. * Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, while monitoring performance and highlighting key variances. * Review contracts and commercial agreements to identify financial risks and ensure alignment with company policies. * Coordinate tax, compliance, audit, and regulatory activities with external advisors and internal stakeholders. * Prepare financial analyses and reports to support business planning, operational decisions, and new initiatives. * Lead or support finance-related projects, including process improvements, system implementations, and automation initiatives. * Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, cost tracking, and reporting accuracy. * Support the Head of Finance on strategic initiatives, ad hoc financial analyses, and other business priorities as required. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field. * 7+ years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, or financial reporting. * Experience supporting US-based finance operations, ideally gained at a Big Four accounting firm (Deloitte, PwC, EY, or KPMG). * Experience managing the month-end closing process and preparing financial statements. * Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and audit requirements. * Tech-savvy finance professional with experience using accounting software and advanced Excel for reporting and analysis. * Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills. * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with changing priorities. * Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams. * CPA or equivalent professional accounting qualification is a plus. ## Apply [Apply on Nascompany]() Canonical job page:
