## Job description

**Fixture Development Engineer**

**Responsibilities**

* Responsible for docking with process engineers, designing and selecting new tooling and fixtures for production line
* Responsible for technical proposal and technical review of fixture with suppliers
* Responsible for the optimization and improvement of tooling and fixtures of the test line
* Purchase management of equipment fixture
* Complete other tasks assigned by superiors

**Qualifications**

* Bachelor’s degree or above; Major in mechatronics, automation, mechanical design is preferred
* Familiar with mechanical design and metal processing technology
* More than 1 year experience in power battery module PACK fixture design
* Proficient in AutoCAD, Pro-e, Solidworks and other design software
* Understand the basic knowledge of electric control, pneumatic, hydraulic, etc
