# Founders Associate - Company: [Clera]() - Location: Munich - Team: Engineering - Employment type: Full Time - Salary: €65K – €130K - Posted: September 9, 2026 ## Job description ### About the Role This is a high-ownership, sales-focused role working directly alongside the CEO as one of the first commercial hires at an early-stage AI enterprise software startup. You will span sales, operations, and company building, making this an ideal position for someone who wants to shape a business from the ground up. ### What You'll Do * Own outbound prospecting and pipeline development, driving early revenue growth. * Work hand-in-hand with the CEO on strategic and operational priorities across the business. * Support client-facing work in both German and English, from first contact through to close. * Contribute to company building initiatives including process design, tooling, and go-to-market execution. * Use AI-assisted development tools to build, iterate, and ship quickly. * Help maintain and update web and content assets as needed. ### What We're Looking For * At least 1.5 to 2 years of full-time work experience, not including internships or working-student roles. * Fluency in both German and English, essential for client and internal communication. * A genuine sales affinity and comfort owning outbound and pipeline from day one. * Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor, a firm requirement. * A track record of building something independently, whether a startup, product, community, audience, or side project. * Background in a consultancy or startup environment is a strong advantage. * Experience with CMS and design tools such as Framer, Webflow, or Figma is a plus. ### Compensation & Benefits Total compensation of **EUR 65,000 to 130,000 annually** (base plus sales-related variable), alongside **0.5 to 1% equity**.
