You will be defining the product DNA of the company. You will: * **Build Beyond the Chatbot:** Design multi-step agentic workflows that move past simple RAG into reliable, enterprise-grade inference as well as interactive user interfaces that delight users. * **Design the Workspace, Not Just the Pipeline:** Own the end-to-end product surface for critical systems - make product decisions, and deliver the product across the stack. * **Translate Consulting Inefficiency into Product Impact:** Develop insight on how knowledge work is changed in the AI-era - you have exposure to how consulting firms *actually* work; and opinions on how they *should* work * **Interface with the Best:** Work directly with technical & non-technical stakeholders across clients & advisory teams (OpenAI/McKinsey vets) to translate elite consulting tradecraft into code. ### **You Are a Fit If:** * **You are a Product/Full-Stack Engineer:** You don’t need a 20-page PRD. You can take a vague user pain point from a design partner and ship a functional prototype by Friday. * **You value Speed:** You believe that in a seed-stage startup, iteration velocity is the only unfair advantage.
