# Founding Engineer - Company: [Replo]() - Location: San Francisco - Team: Engineering - Employment type: Full Time - Salary: $140K – $500K - Posted: September 18, 2024 ## Job description # About the role Hiring a full-stack/founding engineers to join our team and focused on product engineering and shipping new features # **Things you'll be working on** Architecting and implementing full-stack product features in Typescript/React/Node is the core of what you’ll be doing. Real examples include — **Platform** * Building sandbox infrastructure for our agents (managing secrets, proxies, and compute) * Building an eval framework for our models * Launching an analytics platform on ClickHouse/MSK that consumes millions of events per day * Building an agentic workflow orchestration architecture * Building a public API for Replo/Slack bots * Overhauling our billing system to support arbitrary usage-based billing **Programs** * Enabling customers to buy domains directly through Replo * Building agent-driven insight reporting for businesses * Building a full product-customizer UI for custom print-on-demand products # **Looking for someone who** * Can be in office 4-5 days/week in San Francisco * Is proficient in Typescript/React/Node * Uses Cursor/Claude Code to accelerate their work * Has built products 0 -> 1 with real users and revenue * Is OK operating independently without product/design * Is ALWAYS SHIPPING. We don't spend weeks planning features at Replo * Has a product and customer-focused mindset * Has experience being burned by deployment and maintenance issues.
