We are looking for a Founding Engineer to go deep on AI agents and models — working on messy, high-impact problems that most people would walk away from, shipping from day one, and owning what you build end to end. ## Your Day to Day at Truvo * **Deep Interactions:** Sit with our insurance team and build AI agents to automate workflows, plus models to deeply understand insurance carrier appetite * **API Integration:** Construct deep API integrations into insurance carriers * **Shipping from Day One:** Deploy to production and move extremely quickly, while taking full responsibility for your projects ## Requirements * **Problem Solver:** You love working on messy, high-impact problems that most people would walk away from * **Builder and Owner:** You take ideas from zero to one quickly. You thrive in ambiguity, figure things out, and ship * **Applied AI:** Hands-on experience with LLMs and agents — building, fine-tuning, or deploying them in production * **Systems Thinker:** Comfortable with integrations, APIs, and workflow automation.
