# Founding Product Designer - Company: [Clera]() - Location: San Francisco - Team: Engineering - Employment type: Full Time - Salary: $150K – $250K - Posted: September 11, 2026 ## Job description ### About the Role This is a founding product design role at an early-stage B2B SaaS company building an agentic integration platform. You will own design end-to-end, working directly with the Chief Product Officer to shape both the product direction and the design language every future hire builds on. The role is hands-on from day one: you design it and you ship it. ### What You'll Do * Design the agentic UX where users and coding agents collaborate to build enterprise integrations together. * Design the platform UX covering deploys, runtime, observability, and logs for the environment where integrations run. * Implement and ship production frontend code in React and TypeScript directly, with no engineer handoffs. * Establish the design language, component system, and interaction patterns that will define the product going forward. * Work closely with product leadership to inform and shape product strategy from the earliest stage. ### What We're Looking For * 1 to 5 years of product design experience with a portfolio of shipped work demonstrating strong craft, visual hierarchy, and interaction design. * Proficiency writing and shipping production frontend code in React and TypeScript, not just Figma files. * Experience designing dense, technical B2B SaaS products, ideally with familiarity in agentic or human-computer interaction patterns. * Experience establishing design systems, component libraries, or design language standards. * Proficiency in high-fidelity design and prototyping tools such as Figma or equivalent. * Bonus: experience designing observability, monitoring, or developer-facing platform interfaces. * Bonus: familiarity with AI or agent-based product interfaces. * Desire for a fast-paced, high-intensity, in-person early-stage environment. ### Compensation & Benefits Salary range: **$150,000 to $250,000 USD annually**, plus meaningful equity.
