They actually thank us on customer calls and are giddy when we launch new features * Work across the stack: React frontend, Python backend + infra * Have ownership on product direction and approach across everything we build ### **We want** * Great product taste — you care about how things look, feel, and work for the user * 0-to-1 architect and builder who can work across the entire stack * Comfort talking to customers directly and translating messy domain knowledge into clean product decisions * Growth mindset, slope > y-intercept * Communicate with empathy and honesty.
