Sitting at the intersection of product, marketing, and brand, this role carries real ownership and is expected to grow into a design leadership position as the company scales. ### What You'll Do * Own end-to-end UI/UX design for the iOS app, from flows and wireframes through to polished production assets. * Lead design across the website, social channels, communications, and email. * Create event invitations and launch collateral that embody the brand. * Define and maintain a unified consumer design language across every digital and physical touchpoint. ### What We're Looking For * 2 to 3 or more years of professional design experience; this role is not suitable for recent graduates. * A standout portfolio demonstrating exceptional aesthetic taste and strong graphic design fundamentals, this is the single most important factor. * Experience delivering polished, user-facing design at a consumer company, or equivalent training from a rigorous design school background. * Comfortable owning a broad design stack spanning mobile UI/UX, web, and marketing collateral, with proficiency in Figma and related tools. * Aesthetic sensibility suited to a premium consumer hardware brand; B2B-only design experience is not a strong fit. ### Compensation and Benefits Salary of **£70,000** per year, plus meaningful early equity.
