Every engineer at Vori is now an **AI Product Engineer**: • Designing agent workflows • Building context systems and knowledge layers • Creating feedback loops that improve automatically • Shipping products where AI is a core part of the system You’ll work across product, design, and infrastructure to turn ideas into **production AI systems that retailers rely on every day**. ## What you’ll do Design and ship **agentic product systems**, not just software features. Partner with product managers, designers, and customers to identify problems where **AI agents can meaningfully improve workflows**. Design and implement **agent architectures** including reasoning, planning, tool use, and feedback loops. Build the infrastructure that powers AI systems including: • orchestration frameworks • context pipelines • evaluation frameworks • knowledge systems • event-driven architectures Work across the full stack from backend orchestration and data pipelines to user-facing interfaces that make AI systems understandable and trustworthy. Ship fast prototypes, run experiments, and turn promising ideas into **production systems used by retailers at scale**. Continuously integrate emerging AI capabilities and tools to increase both **product intelligence and engineering velocity**. Improve how Vori builds software by helping the organization adopt **agentic development workflows** including AI-assisted coding, testing, debugging, and design. Contribute to the evolution of Vori’s **agentic development platform** including infrastructure, tooling, and internal standards. ## **What we’re looking for** You are an engineer who wants to build **AI-native products**, not bolt AI onto existing systems. 3–8+ years building production software systems. Strong ability to build across the stack including backend services, data pipelines, and user-facing applications. Experience working with or deep interest in technologies such as: • LLM APIs • agent frameworks and orchestration systems • vector search and retrieval systems • evaluation and feedback pipelines • event-driven systems You think in **systems**, not just endpoints.
