You might be writing a procurement spec on Monday, running a CFD sim on Wednesday, and on a call with a customer on Friday. **Responsibilities:** * Fill gaps across engineering, operations, and project execution as the company's needs evolve * Pick up unfamiliar problems quickly and drive them to resolution without waiting to be told how * Contribute to design reviews, testing, vendor coordination, and anything else that needs doing * Bring a skill or perspective the rest of the team doesn't have yet **Qualifications:** * Engineering degree and a track record of doing a wide range of things well * Demonstrated ability to learn fast, work independently, and operate in chaos * You've been the person who figured it out when nobody else knew how This role is based in **Washington, D.C.** and will include some time at sea.
