This role is one of three on the pod. You'll work directly with our growth director and our GEO/AEO lead, alongside an ABM/Paid specialist and an SEO specialist. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is the work of getting a brand surfaced in AI-generated answers — ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Google AI Overviews, and others — and in the community conversations and listicles those engines pull from. It's a new, fast-moving discipline that combines SEO instincts, content creation, and community work. This is an execution role. You'll be measured on what you ship and where the brand shows up — not on slide decks or strategy frameworks.
