The company is scaling its network of independent sales partners across Germany and is building a small, focused telesales team to drive that growth. **The Opportunity** This is a **telesales role at its core**: you'll be on the phone daily, running structured outbound campaigns to recruit independent sales partners, not selling directly to homeowners. You'll be calling self-employed commercial agents, financial and insurance brokers, and real estate agents, pitching a partnership model and booking qualified consultations for the company's partner team.
