In this role, you'll help shape our team, drive the company to the next level, and have direct influence on our success.  **About the Role** * Own and govern the global end-to-end accounting process, including standards, policies, procedures, and controls * Drive global process harmonization and standardization across regions, business units, and shared service centres * Lead process optimization initiatives, including native, robotic and agentive process automation, workflow optimization, and ERP enhancements * Maintain the global process optimization roadmap, prioritize improvement opportunities, and manage implementation of approved initiatives * Define and monitor process KPIs, service levels, and performance targets to ensure continuous improvement and value realization * Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards * Partner with key stakeholders — including SSC, IT, country and regional teams, Product Owners, and external providers — to optimize end-to-end process performance * Leverage process mining, analytics, and benchmarking to identify inefficiencies, root causes, and best practices * Lead change management activities, including communication, training, and adoption of new processes and technologies **About You** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field .Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ACCA, CFA, CPA) are a plus. * Big 4 experience; Senior Manager level or above is preferred * Experience delivering multi-country projects or transformation initiatives -international assignment or secondment experience in Europe or North America preferred . * Proven experience in leading Finance Transformation, Process Excellence, or Global Business Services (GBS) transformation programs * Strong understanding of end-to-end accounting processes, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions * Experience working with ERP systems and finance technology tools; familiarity with process automation (RPA, APIs, workflow tools) is a plus * Experience collaborating with product and engineering teams in an agile environment (e.g., sprint reviews, roadmap planning) * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills (Fluent in English (required), with the ability to operate effectively across global and local teams We recognize that everyone carries a unique set of valuable skills and experiences.
