## **Global Entity Formation & Expansion Specialist**

Department: Client Services  
Reports to: Chief Customer Officer

## **Role Purpose**

Lead international entity formation programmes from discovery through operational readiness while building scalable global delivery capability.

## **Core Responsibilities**

* Lead entity formation projects.
* Advise on entity structures.
* Manage external legal and tax partners.
* Coordinate registrations and operational readiness.
* Own client governance and delivery.
* Develop playbooks and SOPs.
* Support commercial scoping.
* Drive quality, automation and continuous improvement.
