You'll identify high-impact opportunities, prioritize tests, and drive a relentless experimentation cadence. * **Generate Winning Hypotheses:** Combine data analysis, UX intuition, and conversion optimization best practices to generate test ideas that move the needle—across landing pages, checkout flows, product pages, and beyond. * **Leverage AI-Powered Tooling:** Use Coframe's proprietary Mark-1 platform to create and deploy test variants at unprecedented speed. You'll be at the forefront of AI-assisted CRO, shipping in hours what traditionally takes weeks. * **Deliver Measurable ROI:** Analyze experiment results, synthesize learnings, and communicate impact to customer stakeholders. Codify frameworks, playbooks, and best practices that scale across our growing customer base. **You May Be A Fit If:** * **3+ years of hands-on Conversion Rate Optimization, Growth, or Experimentation experience**—whether at an agency, in-house growth team, or consulting environment. You've run hundreds of tests and know what wins. * **Hypothesis Machine:** You can look at a page and immediately identify five things to test.
