Our primary focus is **Exposure and Vulnerability Management as a decision system**, not a reporting layer. ## About the Role This is a **foundational leadership role** with full ownership of engineering at CYBRET AI. As Head of Engineering, you will define how the platform is built, scaled, and operated. You will set technical direction, make architectural decisions, and build a high-performing engineering organization without sacrificing quality, depth, or rigor. You will work closely with the founder, product, security, and AI teams to ensure that CYBRET AI’s systems are robust, scalable, secure, and built for long-term autonomy. This role is hands-on.
