You'll set the direction, build the playbook, and work closely with the Marketing Manager to translate strategy into campaigns and content that drive pipelines. ## **What You’ll Own** ### **Strategy & Positioning** * Own Moonshot's marketing strategy end-to-end. Positioning, messaging, brand, demand, and growth. * Shape and evolve our brand voice so we stand out in a crowded AI and eCommerce landscape. * Build and own a proactive GTM calendar * Define the GTM narrative and keep sales, customer success, and product aligned around it. * Decide where and how we show up at conferences and industry events, and turn presence into pipeline. ### **Team Leadership** * Directly manage a Marketing Manager, setting clear goals, priorities, and a strategic framework * Build a roadmap and prioritization layer needed to scale * Mentor and develop a direct report ### **Execution & Ownership** * Build and run a content engine that turns ideas, customer wins, and insights into momentum. * Own demand generation across paid ads, performance marketing, funnels, and experimentation. * Operate at the intersection of strategy and tactical day to day execution ## **Who You Are** You're a full-stack marketer and people leader equally comfortable setting strategy, executing hands-on, and developing others. * 7+ years of marketing experience, including leadership in a high-growth startup (SaaS, B2B, or eCommerce tools strongly preferred.
