# HR Generalist - Company: [Salmon Group]() - Location: Philippines - Remote: Yes - Team: HR and Admin - Employment type: Full Time - Posted: September 10, 2026 ## Job description **Key responsibilities** * Own end-to-end HR processes specific to frontline employees: high-volume onboarding, shift/attendance management, disciplinary processes and offboarding * Identify manual, repetitive HR-Ops workflows (attendance tracking, leave approvals, documentation, escalations) and design and implement automation to streamline them, working with HRIS/Ops tools * Partner with Workforce Management/Ops to align HR processes with scheduling, shift patterns, and headcount planning * Ensure frontline HR practices comply with Philippine labor law and any relevant regulatory requirements * Drive process improvement projects to reduce manual HR-Ops workload and improve employee experience at scale **Requirements** * At least 4 years of HR generalist experience, with meaningful exposure to frontline, shift-based, or high-headcount operational teams (e.g., BPO, contact center, banking operations, shared services, start ups) * Demonstrated experience improving or automating HR/Ops processes (tools, workflows, trackers, or systems) * Strong working knowledge of Philippine labor law as applied to frontline/hourly or shift-based employees * Comfortable working with HRIS platforms, workflow/automation tools, and data (Excel/Google Sheets) * Good written and verbal communication in English **Nice to have** * Experience in banking, fintech, or another regulated environment * Experience with HR process automation projects end-to-end (design → build → rollout) ## Apply [Apply on Salmon Group]() Canonical job page:
