Could that be you? **Your mission** As an HRIS Analyst at UiPath, you'll get hands-on with the systems that power our entire employee experience. You'll help keep our HRIS platforms, primarily Workday, accurate, reliable, and easy to use, while building the technical and analytical skills that can open doors to bigger HR technology roles down the line. **What you'll do at UiPath** * Support the day-to-day administration and configuration of our HRIS platforms (primarily Workday), helping keep data accurate and systems running smoothly * Assist with HRIS implementation and upgrade projects, working alongside HR, IT, Finance, and external vendors * Help maintain HR data governance practices and support compliance with data privacy regulations * Build and maintain reports and dashboards that help HR Business Partners and leaders make informed decisions * Partner with HR Business Partners and Centers of Excellence to spot opportunities for system and process improvements, and help test and roll them out * Respond to HRIS support requests and troubleshoot day-to-day issues for HR and employees * Document system configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures so knowledge stays with the team, not just one person **What you'll bring to the team** * Two or more years of HRIS experience * Hands-on experience with Workday HCM or a similar HRIS platform, such as core HR, recruiting, compensation, or benefits systems * Strong attention to detail, with a knack for spotting and fixing data issues before they become problems * Solid analytical skills, with the ability to turn HR data into insights people can act on * Good communication skills and comfort working with stakeholders across different parts of the business * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience **Nice to have** * Experience in a fast-paced, global technology company * Exposure to HRIS implementation or system migration projects * Workday certification(s) * Familiarity with HR automation tools and RPA technologies * Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI Maybe you don’t tick all the boxes above— but still think you’d be great for the job?
