## Job description

Essential Function

The Senior Home Buyer Associate (Inside Sales Associate) is responsible for expanding the company’s pipeline of  
marketable single-family home contracts through expert acquisition, lead conversion, and  
management of complex real estate transactions. Additionally, this role develops and leads the  
training and mentorship program for newly hired Home Buyer Associates, formalizing best  
practices and driving team performance, with active reporting on new hire progress and  
compliance to the manager. Senior Home Buyer Associate is to retain all compensation and  
responsibilities as Home Buyer Associate and be eligible and subject to the additional Role and  
Responsibilities and compensation items outlined in this document
