Position Overview: As a Senior UX Designer, you will play a strategic role in shaping exceptional, human-centered digital experiences that seamlessly blend user needs with business objectives. You will lead the end-to-end UX process—from deep research and discovery to wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will translate business requirements into intuitive, elegant, and accessible solutions. Key Responsibilities: Lead User Research & Discovery: Execute comprehensive user research activities, including stakeholder interviews and behavioral analytics reviews to drive data-informed design decisions. Develop Wireframes & Information Architecture: Create low-fidelity wireframes and detailed user flows that ensure intuitive navigation and seamless user journeys across web and mobile platforms. Required Skills and Qualifications: Must-have Skills: 5+ years of proven experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with a strong track record of delivering complex, user-centered digital products. Expertise in Scalable Design Systems: Experience in contributing to and maintaining reusable UI components, patterns, and documentation to ensure platform-wide consistency. Advanced Prototyping Skills: Proficiency in tools like Figma, Framer, or Principle to design micro-interactions and transitions.
