We are launching a paid Junior Operations Program to develop early-career talent and build a strong pipeline for future permanent roles. ## **Program Overview** The Junior Operations Program is a **3 month paid rotation** designed for candidates with **no prior professional experience**. Participants will work closely with the Operations team, primarily supporting **payment processing and operational workflows**. High-performing participants will be considered for **permanent full-time roles** at the end of the program.
