You will balance hands-on framework architecture with hands-on technical leadership, guiding engineers in building modern, resilient testing practices while maintaining close alignment with client product stakeholders. This role is critical to establishing test governance, mentoring engineers, and setting quality benchmarks across complex nearshore engagements.
