We are hiring a **Lead Video Content Creator** to take full ownership of Arya’s short-form video strategy across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. You’ll have a high degree of creative autonomy and will work directly with the founders to establish Arya’s brand voice. Rather than following a pre-made playbook, you’ll prototype formats, test narrative hooks, and build the foundation for Arya’s video presence. ### **What You’ll Own** As Arya’s one-person production engine, you will drive all aspects of our video content.
