We are looking for a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to be on the front lines — closing deals, advising customers, and helping shape how AI and humans work together to deliver an insurance experience that has never existed before. ## Your Day to Day at Truvo * **Closing Deals:** Working warm leads, quoting across multiple carriers, and binding policies — auto, home, renters, pet * **Customer Advisory:** Helping customers understand their coverage options and making sure they are actually protected, not just cheaply insured * **AI Collaboration:** Working alongside our AI agents — providing feedback that makes them better, stepping in where human judgment matters * **Book Building:** Growing and retaining your book of business with renewals, cross-sells, and genuine customer relationships ## Requirements * **Licensed:** Active P&C license (or ability to obtain within 30 days) * **Closer:** Proven track record in insurance sales or high-velocity phone sales * **Customer-First:** You actually care about getting people the right coverage, not just the cheapest quote * **Comfortable with Tech:** You do not need to code, but you are comfortable with new tools and AI-assisted workflows * **Hungry:** You want to be early at a company that is going to change an entire industry * **Nice to Have:** Multi-line experience (auto + home/renters), familiarity with comparative raters, or experience at an insurtech ## Apply [Apply on Truvo]() Canonical job page:
