This is a **part-time role (15–20 hours per week)** for individuals deeply embedded in the US crypto ecosystem and excited to help grow Mantle’s brand, community, and market presence. As a core member of the Americas squad, you will help shape Mantle’s narrative, partnerships, campaigns, and go-to-market execution across the region, working closely with global teams, founders, creators, and ecosystem partners. **Job Responsibilities** 1. IRL Events & Activations * Plan, support, and execute offline events, meetups, and activations across the US * Represent Mantle in real-world settings and engage attendees * Convert event interactions into qualified leads, partnerships, and community relationships * Support event execution including coordination, content framing, and on-ground delivery 2. Ecosystem & Partner Operations * Support ecosystem growth initiatives across North America * Work with media, KOLs, creators, and distribution partners * Manage co-marketing initiatives and partner campaign execution * Coordinate workflows across external partners and internal stakeholders 3.
