Our AI agents don't have users - you don't upend an industry's business model with human-in-the-loop copilots. You'll work directly with the founders to build autonomous systems for the core functions of $Xbn+ industrial customers. **What you'll do** * Build and ship **autonomous AI agents** that process orders, generate quotes, and make inventory decisions without human intervention * Integrate with **messy enterprise systems** - ERPs, CRMs, inboxes, and phone systems that distributors actually use * Write **high-performance backend services** that handle inventory optimization algorithms, complex pricing logic and more **What we're looking for** A systems-minded engineer who wants to build software that runs real businesses.
