The contract may be extended or converted into a permanent role depending on business requirements, role availability, performance, and organisational needs at that time. **Key responsibilities** * **Google Sheets/Excel & automation:** Strong ability to handle Google Sheets/Excel, manage structured data, and create logical automations is a must. * **Inventory management (P&S):** Run daily/weekly price and stock updates across partners/sites; validate inputs and flag discrepancies early. * **Catalogue/menu operations:** Support menu creation for launches, menu refreshes, and ongoing fixes such as items, images, and attributes across Platform and integrated flows. * **Taxonomy & data quality:** Maintain correct L1/L2/L3/L4 categorisation, brand labelling/overrides, and support range proofing during onboarding. * **Compliance/content moderation:** Identify and remove restricted/prohibited items to protect policy compliance. * **Promotions/campaign execution:** Add, update, and remove promos accurately and on time; support campaign checks. * **Partner onboarding/admin setup:** Handle high-volume setup tasks such as profiles and site details under tight timelines. * **Competitor/market checks:** Support competitor analysis when required.
