Role * Partner closely with the CEO to help operate the core infrastructure of the company across recruiting, systems, legal/compliance, clinical partnerships, and clinical team management. * Run our clinical hiring pipeline end-to-end: sourcing, interviewing, reference checks, and onboarding RNs and LVNs. * Own high-priority operational projects. * Improve processes across the business and help the company scale effectively. * Raise the bar of Foresight Health’s company culture and performance.
