As an Inventory Lead, your role is pivotal in supporting the on-time delivery of all customer orders from the FC. Identifies and resolves inventory-related issues promptly to prevent disruptions. * Strictly adheres to the SQF Food Safety Code while monitoring the warehouse floor to ensure all employees consistently follow Good Distribution Practices (GDP) rules. * Drives a proactive “see something, say something” culture, effectively escalating concerns and taking swift action appropriate to their level of responsibility. * Supports the maintenance of optimum stock levels by ensuring accurate documentation in our Warehouse Management System (WMS). * Conducts regular cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain real-time accuracy in inventory records.
