In this role, you will be the central interface between HR Operations, managers, and employees. You will ensure a high level of service quality, optimize processes, and actively develop our HR operations landscape. ### **Mission & Challenges** * Ownership of day-to-day HR operations and ensuring efficient HR services across the entire employee lifecycle * Acting as the central point of contact for managers and employees on HR operational topics * Functional ownership of the HR system HiBob (configuration, optimization, data quality) * Analysis, standardization, and continuous improvement of HR processes * Preparation of reports and close collaboration with Payroll, Finance, IT, and external partners * Contribution to HR projects such as process automation and system enhancements ### **What we’re looking forward to** * Several years of relevant experience in HR Operations / HR Services * Strong hands-on experience with the HR system HiBob and across the employee lifecycle * Structured, service-oriented, and solution-driven way of working * High affinity for systems and data, with strong analytical thinking * Strong communication skills and confident presence * Very good German and good English skills * Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for continuously improving HR services ## Apply [Apply on Neura Robotics Gmbh]() Canonical job page:
