# Performance Marketing Manager - Company: [Clera]() - Location: Berlin - Team: Engineering - Employment type: Full Time - Salary: €10K – €100K - Posted: September 9, 2026 ## Job description ### About the Role This is a high-ownership performance marketing role at a B2B performance marketing and lead generation agency in Berlin, where you manage seven- to eight-figure annual ad budgets across multiple paid channels on behalf of clients ranging from scale-ups to publicly listed enterprises. You sit within a specialist team that has grown to 200+ active clients, giving you the processes and peers to develop quickly. ### What You'll Do * Take full ownership of entire advertiser accounts and make independent strategic decisions on account development. * Plan and build new ad accounts from scratch, ramping up quickly on complex or technical industries. * Create, manage, and optimize Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across Google, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, and LinkedIn, with the option to deepen expertise in one or more channels. * Monitor all relevant KPIs and act decisively when you spot inefficiencies or growth opportunities. ### What We're Looking For * Hands-on experience managing Paid Search and/or Paid Social campaigns at monthly spends of €10k to €100k or more. * Proven ability to build and scale new advertiser accounts from scratch. * Platform proficiency across Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta (Facebook) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. * Experience in B2B performance marketing, ideally with larger budgets, longer sales cycles, or technical audiences. * Analytical and proactive working style with the ability to manage accounts and budgets independently. * German proficiency at native or near-native (C2) level is required. ### Compensation & Benefits Salary range: **€50,000 to €80,000 per year.** Visa sponsorship is not available for this role. ### Location Hybrid, based in **Berlin, Germany.** ## Apply [Apply on Clera]() Canonical job page:
