The **Patient Care Coordinator** is a key administrative and front-office partner who creates a welcoming, organized, and supportive experience for patients and families from the moment they enter our clinics. Serving as the first point of contact, this role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth clinic operations, clear communication, and a positive patient experience.  The Patient Care Coordinator works closely with clinicians and care teams to support scheduling, registration, documentation, and day-to-day clinic flow.
