We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate **PRN Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)** to join our team on an as-needed basis! This role provides ABA therapy coverage — filling in for scheduled sessions, supporting new clients as they onboard, and helping our clinical team stay consistent for the families we serve. **About the Role** As a PRN RBT, you will provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the same as our full-time RBTs — the difference is flexibility. There's no guaranteed weekly schedule; instead, you'll be called on to cover sessions as needs arise, and you can accept or decline shifts based on your availability. It's a great fit for RBTs who want supplemental income, a flexible schedule, or a lower-commitment way to stay active in the field.
