Today, we’re a **MiCA-licensed mobile app** helping people build Bitcoin wealth through simple, automated investing strategies. Our goal is to make **Bitcoin accessible to everyone**, whether they’re buying for the first time or building long-term financial habits. We’re a team of around 40 people based in Prague, working at the intersection of **fintech, crypto and regulation**. While the industry moves fast, we believe the best products combine innovation with **trust, simplicity and strong execution**. We’re now looking for a **Product Manager** to join our small product team and help us scale. This is an opportunity to work closely with product, design, engineering, compliance and leadership while **taking real ownership** of what we build and how we build it. ## **👉 What You’ll Do** * **Own existing products end-to-end** — understand how they work today, how customers use them, and where they can be better * **Identify opportunities for improvement** — from customer feedback, data, competitive analysis, and your own product intuition * **Shape and manage the roadmap** — decide what we build next and why, together with leadership * **Partner closely with design** to take features from concept to launch * **Partner with stakeholders across the company** — engineering, compliance, legal, marketing, and customer support — to align on priorities and trade-offs * **Run user interviews** and turn customer insights into product decisions * **Write clear product specifications** that help teams move quickly and make informed decisions * **Drive day-to-day delivery with engineering** — backlog management, prioritization, refinements, and unblocking teams as needed ## **💪 About You** * You have 3-5 years of **product management experience** and a track record of shipping customer-facing products * You are **fluent in both** **Czech and English** * You **learn quickly** and enjoy becoming an expert in complex domains * You **communicate clearly**, whether you’re writing specifications, presenting trade-offs, or aligning stakeholders * You **use AI** as part of your daily workflow and actively build your own systems, prompts and processes to work more effectively **Nice to have** * Experience in fintech, crypto or other regulated industries * Experience working on consumer-facing (B2C) products * Experience shipping mobile applications ## **☝️ Things Worth Knowing About Us** * **We’re a regulated crypto company**.
