As a Production Assistant, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing production processes, ensuring high-quality output, and meeting project deadlines. **THE JOB:** * Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process, performing checks and troubleshooting issues as needed. * Work closely with internal teams and vendor partners, to ensure smooth workflow and clear communication. * Manage and support packaging, shipping and receiving efforts. * Support management of production materials and supplies, ensuring timely shipping and inventory control. * Maintain accurate records of projects and production activities, documenting in the appropriate channels and platforms. * Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend changes to enhance efficiencies. * Be a valued member of the Archrival Operations Team, lending input and feedback as needed **THE RIGHT TYPE OF PERSON:** * Strong organizational and time management skills. * Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Ability to work independently and as a part of a team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Able to carry and lift packages up to 50 lbs. * Access to reliable transportation and ability to make trips between storage unit, shipping facility, etc. **OTHER NEED TO KNOWS** * This is a part-time contract position working on average 5-10 hours per week - with the ability to potentially work more in busy season. * This role is based in Portland, OR and is required to be in office. * Contractor will be compensated $20-$30 per hour based on experience. ## Apply [Apply on Archrival]() Canonical job page:
