We use software and automation to supply metal to American factories faster than the industry thought possible. **Shift Hours: Day shift (8AM to 4PM), with flexibility to cover second and weekend shifts as needed.** **You will:** * Own our safety program. Training, PPE, hazard control, and OSHA record-keeping * Investigate incidents and near misses, find the real root cause, and close the loop * Walk the floor daily and stop work when something is not right * Own material quality from receiving to shipping, including certification and traceability * Write the SOPs people actually use and keep them current * Prepare for and run customer and third-party audits **You are:** * Safety-obsessed * Trained in OSHA general industry standards, OSHA 30 preferred * Familiar with quality management systems, ISO 9001 or AS9100 * Organized and documents stuff, high attention to detial * Comfortable building the program instead of inheriting one **Nice to have:** * Experience in manufacturing or warehousing * Internal auditor training, ISO 9001 or AS9100 * AI proficiency **The role is full time, in person in Detroit.** ## Apply [Apply on Nox Metals]() Canonical job page:
