## Job description

Every therapist deserves a work environment that enables them to provide the best possible services, just as every child deserves the support that empowers them to find their voice. **AXIS Teletherapy** was built by two SLP sisters who believed therapists thrive when they’re part of a community designed for balance, connection and purpose. Working with schools across the country, both virtual and brick-and-mortar, AXIS delivers remote therapy through a trusted team of speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, psychologists, counselors, and evaluators. The result is high-quality care for students across the country, and a strong, supportive community for the professionals who serve them.

**School Psychologists** at AXIS play a vital role in helping students access learning by addressing the emotional, behavioral, and cognitive challenges that can get in the way. In a virtual model, they bring flexibility and expertise to schools that need their support, conducting assessments, collaborating with educators, and offering insight that guides real change. This meaningful work has a real impact, done in a way that honors both the student’s needs and the therapist’s well-being. The school psychologist will perform evaluations and be someone who is comfortable with, like, leading, facilitating, and supporting on MTSS and support with identifying Tier 2 students recommending interventions.
